Beach yoga classes are held on Dugort’s Silverstrand Beach, Achill Island, Co. Mayo
Yoga & Sauna events take place at The Bervie Guesthouse, Keel, Achill. Bookings for this may be SAUNA FIRST or YOGA FIRST due to limited space in the sauna. The yoga class will be both groups together.
Classes only take place on weekends. Schedule may vary.
